1. Booking & Appointments
Appointments can be booked online, by phone on 0000 000 000, or in person at our studio. Walk-ins are welcome during opening hours but appointments take priority.
2. Age & ID
Valid photo ID (passport, UK driving licence, or PASS card) is required for every piercing. 16+ can consent independently. Under-16s require a parent or legal guardian with matching ID. We do not pierce children under 14 for anything other than ear lobes, and we reserve the right to decline any service at our discretion.
3. Fitness to be Pierced
We will not pierce anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Please eat before your appointment and disclose any relevant medical conditions (heart conditions, diabetes, bleeding disorders, pregnancy) — some piercings may not be suitable.
4. Cancellation Policy
Please give at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or reschedules. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require a non-refundable deposit for future appointments.
5. Pricing & Jewellery
Listed prices include sterile, implant-grade starter jewellery. Upgrades, larger sizes, or custom jewellery may attract an additional fee, always quoted before proceeding.
6. Aftercare & Outcomes
We provide full aftercare instructions at the time of piercing. Healing outcomes depend significantly on aftercare, lifestyle and anatomy. We cannot guarantee healing but will happily review any piercing we've performed during normal opening hours at no charge.
7. Refunds
Piercing services are non-refundable once performed. Unopened jewellery may be exchanged or refunded within 14 days with receipt. Worn or sterilised jewellery is non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
8. Liability
We take every care in our studio but cannot accept responsibility for personal items lost or damaged during your visit. Please keep valuables with you.
